The zone consists of eight industrial parks, namely Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Zone, Smart Eco-city, Business Park, Export Processing Zone, Port Logistics Park, Automobile and Auto Parts Industrial Park, General Aviation & Satellite Industrial Park, and Wuhan Jingkai Agricultural Development Investment Co, Ltd.
The third phase of the South Taizihu Innovation Valley, which is located in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ), was put into operation recently.
The processing trade industrial park located in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ) Comprehensive Bonded Zone (CBZ) and the Port Logistics Park will reportedly bring in more export-oriented manufacturing businesses.
A semi-annual work session was held by the Party work committee of the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ) on Aug 12-13.
