Wuhan Auto Valley City Investment and Development Ltd signed a collaboration contract with CR Mixc Lifestyle to jointly build a business complex in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ).
CR Mixc Lifestyle is a strategic business unit under the umbrella of China Resources (Holdings) Co, which is a Fortune 500 company dealing with property management and business operations.
The new business complex will be the first city-level TOD (transit-oriented development) shopping center in the WEDZ that will allow residents to access subways and buses within a 15-minute walk. Business promotion for the project is currently underway and one of the highlights is that the project's design advocates low-carbon transport and sustainable development.
The project is located at the center of Junshan New City, near the Xiaojunshan Station of Metro Line 16. The project has a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan ($359 million), and it will integrate homes, offices, R&D, and high-quality commerce. Once completed, the complex will serve as a modern regional service hub and become a new business landmark for the zone.
The complex is expected to provide one-stop services for recreation, catering, social events, and shopping. A total of 2,800 parking spaces have been planned around the new business complex for the convenience of local residents.
